Many adults and children will listen to injury advice from people around them that is at best wrong and in many cases outright dangerous.

I see so many people through recommendation where often the correct diagnosis and advice at an early stage can prevent prolonged periods of frustration and pain. This situation is particularly true of teenagers going through their growth periods.

I like to take a global approach to injury treatment and prevention, as there is often several predisposing factors that have caused an injury to happen.
